Tempered Logo
Tempered glass is stamped with a small logo in the corner of the glass. Requests for
(no logo) are taken but not guaranteed.
Standard Tolerances
3/16 thick glass + or - 3/32"
1/4 thick glass + or - 3/32"
3/8 thick glass + or - 1/8"
1/2 thick glass + or - 1/8"
Pattern glass
There is a 3 Sq. Ft. min on all pattern glass.
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, there will be inherent flaws and variations in the pattern, this is unavoidable and considered part of the natural beauty of the product.
Return Policy
All sales are final on special order products and any cut or fabricated glass. Inspect product and glass day of install. We are not responsible for damages to glass or product after the install is complete.
Warranty Info
Insulated glass (seal failure): 2 years all IG's (installed)
(Excluding Labor Charges)
The insulated glass is under warranty. there will be a
normal labor charge on all replacement I.G's
Mirrors (black edge-backing): 3 years (installed) (Excluding Labor Charges)
The mirror is under warranty for black edge-backing). There will be a
normal labor charge on all replacement mirror.
Tile drilling
Kelly Glass & Mirror will not be responsible for cracked, flaked or chipped tile / granite from drilling. This results from improper installation of the tile or granite.
